
Just in time for Japan’s Lovers’ Day and ahead of the upcoming release of volume 7 on June 18, Yuki Domoto’s romantic comedy I Want to End This Love Game is officially getting an anime adaptation! While the announcement has sparked excitement among fans, details such as the cast, production staff, and premiere date are still under wraps.
To celebrate the big news, Domoto released a special commemorative illustration, giving fans a colorful taste of what’s to come.
Serialized since December 2021 on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry, I Want to End This Love Game has built a loyal following with its playful take on teenage romance. The English edition is published by VIZ Media, which summarizes the story as follows:
Yukiya, once a quiet and reserved student, has undergone a dramatic transformation and is determined to capture the heart of his longtime friend, Miku.
