PAGE 2 – “First Pulse”
Kyra rescues a child from falling debris, her powers flaring uncontrollably. A girl named Vera, shadowy and precise, intervenes to stop her from destroying more. They clash, suspicious of each other’s powers.
PAGE 3 – “Resonance”
As the rift grows, a brilliant scientist, Nia, activates a quantum interface from her lab. She realizes the rift is responding to human emotion and energy. The key to closing it may lie in people like Kyra and Vera.
PAGE 4 – “Fall In”
Nia tracks the rift pulses and confronts Kyra and Vera. A tense stand-off ensues until another attack erupts, this time from the creatures crawling out of the rift. The trio fights together, barely holding them back.
PAGE 5 – “Interference”
A fourth girl, Ash, appears, manipulating the shadows and rift energy. She reveals she’s been watching and was once part of a secret Rift experiment. She blames Nia’s tech for the chaos and wants it destroyed.
PAGE 6 – “Overload”
Growing gravitational waves tear the city apart. All four girls are pulled into a chaotic battle, forced to combine powers. Kyra’s flames stabilize Nia’s pulse generator, while Vera slices through incoming entities.
PAGE 7 – “Flashpoint”
Amid the battle, a flashback shows each girl’s tragic origin:
Kyra lost her family in a lab fire she accidentally caused.
Vera grew up in a black ops facility.
Nia lost her brother to the first Rift surge.
Ash was abandoned during early Rift experiments.
Their pain connects them, making them stronger.
PAGE 8 – “Nova Core”
Together, they channel their collective powers through Nia’s interface. Ash redirects the Rift energy, Vera controls its edges, Kyra fuels the core, and Nia stabilizes the pattern. A blinding pulse erupts from their unity.
PAGE 9 – “Stillness”
Silence. The rift shrinks. The city lies battered, but the world is still standing. Survivors watch in awe. The four girls, exhausted and bruised, realize they did it—but at great cost.
PAGE 10 – “Aftershock”
Ash nearly collapses. Nia holds her up. The girls reflect on their past and future. They’re strangers bound by trauma and power, now a reluctant team. The sky still flickers faintly—the danger isn’t over.
PAGE 11 – “The New Pulse”
The rift leaves a faint glowing scar in the sky. The girls walk together, unsure of what’s next, but united by survival. The first pulse is over.
